Just a quick email to say how pleased we are by the log house! And we're thrilled with our fox - he's just right. Thanks so much.

From our perspective, all seemed to go smoothly, and the house looks pretty amazing! It was a cheerful site; it seemed to us, with everyone working well together. I can tell you that the whole neighbourhood has been entertained this past three days. We’ve had a never-ending stream of friends calling by to inspect progress, and all were most impressed by the skill of everybody involved.

Now, of course, comes the long wait till we can move in, but so far it's been a fascinating and very interesting experience for us both, from the very start right up to today. We're looking forward to the rest of it!

Thanks again for all your help in this whole process: we've really appreciated the cheerful way you responded to all our questions and requests. I hope we can call on you if we have any further questions. We'll send you some photos when the house is finished.

Dear Max & Theo

I was of course on hand for the set up on October 13 and 14th and it, I am told, went very smoothly I was up for 4 days over the past weekend.

Several people dropped by and are very impressed with the design and the post and beam aspect. One chap, I am told, has visited the site several times to see it and has taken photos.

Eric Ohlund let me know that this is the first time he has done a post and beam log house and he is impressed. He wants to show it, I gather, to 1-2 potential clients.

I am very happy with the way it is evolving.

Just wanted to pass on to you these feelings and facts.

Hi Judy and Tom, (of Paradise Mountain Log Homes)

Pat and I want to thank both of you for the beautiful log home that is now standing on our property at Lake Wenatchee. It is even more beautiful than we dreamed. We are so pleased we decided to go with the large logs. Our children have not yet seen it and we truly believe they have no idea how beautiful this log home is going to be.

We also want to thank you for the great customer service along the way. You always made me feel like I was the only customer you had. You always had time for me and my many questions and you responded promptly to the problems that came up along the way. Tom was faced with some difficult problems last Wednesday morning, but he solved them quickly and got the job done. I was also impressed with your crew of six who erected the logs. On Wednesday morning they could not start unloading until just before noon, but they unloaded two trucks of logs before dinner. I think they are amazing!

As I was driving home last Friday evening, I was remembering my first phone call to Judy. I told her I was shopping for a log home company and I told her some of the other companies I was considering. She was so positive that she could provide the best product at the best price. I thought maybe she was just “selling” me. I continued to look at several other companies. In time I came to believe that the two of you really do provide the best product at the best price. I know I have told you this before, but the two of you are a great team!

In late spring or early summer we would love it if the two of you could spend a night with us in our log home. We would like you to experience the finished product. I believe we will be “Log Home Living” material.

The house is amazing and I still can’t get over how nice it is in person. You have a talented crew of guys with a great eye for detail. They picked every log perfectly.
